  • Don I do not think you understand what I am trying to explain I use PayPal to process credit card payments for some of my members. I guarantee you PayPal has no say in who I let in him or what level of access that person has, they are strictly a credit card processor.

    if a customer has a problem you contact me I will refund them immediately, or they can go to PayPal tell them they want a refund PayPal will contact me and I will refund them.

    All I am saying is you can contact clicksure and tell them you would like a refund from the person who you purchase the product

  • Since Clicksure is the card processor, they have the control of who passes and who doesn't and what what level the buyer is accepted. When the buyer is accepted Clicksure has control of who gets in the members area. Claude needs to try this strange way of doing business.

  • Hi Bud! Have ya asked your bank about it? Because if a payment have failed and you have not received any receipt from them (Clicksure) only means that you were really not charged? That only means that you don't need to ask for a refund even though you see on your bank statement that the transaction has posted. Try calling your bank for clarifications. :)

  • click sure is just an affiliate site where marketers can post their products and others can sell them for a commission clicksure processes the credit card for them.

    if you feel the product you bought is not to your satisfaction simply ask for a refund by going to

  • hi bob3443,
    i just read your complaint about clicksure and it seems they are really into it - saying the refund was made but i never received it and it's been 1 month already. i asked for a refund for this HomeWebsiteBuilder and i am supposed to use the money to purchase Adrian Morrison's Social Commissions.

    Do you mean Adrian Morrison's claim that his system is EASY and WE WILL MAKE MONEY is NOT TRUE? I would appreciate your feedback on this.

  • I sent an email to Matthew Wilson to billing@clicksuresupport.com as indicated and got the standard response again. I forward the email showing the response showing that I was refunded for one of charges and got the standard response with #Ticket ID: HPT-403-21995 closed. emailed Ben Carberry in referenced to this and yet to get a response.

  • Instead of you posting your refund request here you might want to send it at http://clicksuresupport.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm so they will be ale to process your request. Do steps on your end first before you call them a scam because they will not refund you, with out you contact them
